The human experience is one of connection and love, all the more palpable in a body that feels and flows. Because we are only ever hurt in relationship with another, it is in relationship that we heal. So to try and achieve our inner and outer goals alone, without the backing and support of others most often doesn't work. In fact, the lone approach usually repeats family patterns of isolation and endless striving that keep us stuck.

A safe and strongly held group is a powerful container for personal transformation, especially a group that is not actual family. This One Year Intention Program provides holding and presence for the journey of your life's intention to come alive in the here and now. It is well paced throughout the year using a combination of education and experiential processes in breathwork, body psychotherapy, family constellations, relational group work and a variety of active and silent meditations.

The truth is everyone's essence is intact no matter what we've experienced. It's a very personal set of unconscious beliefs and behaviours stemming from the past that keep us disconnected from our greatness. Consciousness alone is not enough to heal the disconnect because we live in bodies that feel. With feelings that are either suppressed or too strong we tend to run into problems when relating with others. Therefore, taking the time to develop a healthy feeling body is a core component to this work, making it possible to propel through seemingly impossible blocks.

  • 3 residential bush retreats in March, July and October all meals and accommodation included
  • 9 Sunday workshops in Bondi 9am to 6:30pm

There is an additional requirement for new people to commit to 3 private sessions throughout the year with either Martin or Irena at critical times through your process. 

Private sessions for all participants throughout the year are at at a reduced rate of $150 (1.5hrs), normally $180.

Participants must commit to the full 12 months with 10 - 12 people in a closed group to help build trust and safety.
