BREATHWORK: Most of us live our lives unaware of how we create our reality. Breathwork gives a very tangible experience of how we are the authors of our own results in life. Breathwork is a breathing meditation that cleanses unconscious emotions and belief systems out of the body, resulting in more responsibility, power, aliveness, joy, self love, better relationships and an overall sense of consciousness about how we are being.
FAMILY CONSTELLATIONS allows for insights into family dynamics that have influenced and shaped us. Most of what we’ve taken on in terms of belief systems and emotions that influence our current day relating occurred in our family of origin. This is a powerful process that allows more consciousness around how we create our relationships today.
CORE ENERGETICS offers amazing insight into the shape of each body and its’ corresponding personality traits. Each body tells a unique and very different story about a person’s history. Everything that has ever happened to us is stored in the cells of the body. What we once defended against in our youth can be our downfall in adult life when we want better relating and intimacy. Core Energetics shows us how to unlock the body so that the love, joy and pleasure channels flow.
