How long is a breathwork session?
Breathwork takes about 1.5 hours and we always leave 2hrs between clients. The session is broken down into
15 minutes to check in to what you want to work on
approx 1 hour of breathing and
15 minutes to debrief what happened in the session.
How long are Core Energetics and counselling sessions?
For Core Energetics and counselling, I allow a 1.5 hour space.
How many breathwork sessions should I do?
It is individual, some people will do one breathwork session just to try it and for others it becomes a powerful transformational tool that gets used whenever there’s a crisis, or they just need to shift to another level. A lot of people do 10 -12 session
How many core energetics sessions should I do?
Core Energetics is used in a longer term
Should I do group work, or individual sessions?
Both can be powerful in there own right and I recommend both.
It is good to be seen fully in a group and it's also good to have private attention from someone who really knows what they are doing.
What usually happens during a Breathwork session?
In a Breathwork session the average person will initially feel some form of physical sensations such as tingling.
This is the body waking up and coming alive from the increased intake of energy.
The tingling will usually occur in the exact position of the body where an issue is located.
This is usually followed by a heightened sense of an emotion, or feeling that hasn't been experienced for a long time.
Its the ACCEPTANCE of this feeling where the magic really starts to occur.
In Breathwork we call this the "ALCHEMY of ACCEPTANCE".
This brings a remarkable mental clarity to the person regarding what has been happening in their life and how they have created it.
Consciousness then follows after the session and allows for changes to be made in a natural way without an excess of force.
What usually happens in a Core Energetics session?
We will initially discuss what is happening in your life and how you are feeling.
This is usually followed by grounding exercises, where we begin to apply breath, movement of the body and sound into the session.
This helps bring consciousness to an issue so that it can transform.
